Our Founder
Simon Kirkpatrick is a seasoned tech entrepreneur.
For over four decades Simon has founded and scaled ventures across AI, systems engineering, and internet platforms. Most recently, Simon founded and led RuleWise Ltd as CEO (last 18 months), a globally active, multi-award-recognised company with customers across multiple jurisdictions. Previously he built Duforest Systems/Duforest AI and helped pioneer UK e-commerce auctions (Humpty Dumpty → QXL). An Armed Forces-trained signals engineer, Simon brings a security-first, mission-critical mindset to enterprise compliance and AI.
