Professional Experience
Senior compliance professionals with MLRO, MLCO, Chief Risk Officer, or equivalent experience in regulated financial services. Candidates should have 10+ years of compliance experience with demonstrated expertise in regulatory frameworks and inspection processes.
Regulatory Expertise
Current or recent experience with regulatory inspections, compliance framework development, and multi-jurisdictional regulatory requirements. Understanding of FATF standards, MoneyVal processes, and local regulatory expectations across target jurisdictions.
Strategic Thinking
