RuleXis has been recognised as one of the world’s most innovative AI technology companies in financial services.

This is a significant milestone for RuleXis.
The AIFinTech100 recognises companies using artificial intelligence to transform financial services. For RuleXis to be included is an important moment for our team, our clients, and the wider community of compliance professionals who believe that AI can support regulated financial services only if it is governed, evidenced and accountable.
RuleXis is a division of Duforest Ltd, headquartered in Guernsey. The platform has been built for regulated financial-services firms and for the compliance teams, MLROs, risk professionals, governance teams, senior managers and boards who must operate in complex regulatory environments.
Why this recognition matters
Compliance is not simply about producing answers.
In regulated financial services, a compliance judgement must be capable of standing up to scrutiny. A firm must be able to show which sources were relied upon, what obligations were identified, what actions were taken, who reviewed the work, and what evidence supports the outcome.
That is the thinking behind RuleXis.
Our founding principle is simple:
No Source, No Assertion.
This means RuleXis is designed so that compliance outputs are grounded in approved sources, evidence or clearly identified assumptions. AI-generated fluency is not enough. For regulated firms, compliance work must be traceable, reviewable, evidenced and defensible.
What RuleXis does
RuleXis is a Compliance Decision Intelligence platform for regulated firms.
It helps compliance teams connect:
- approved regulatory Sources of Truth;
- client context;
- obligations;
- policies;
- procedures;
- controls;
- evidence;
- Work Orders;
- audit readiness;
- board reporting; and
- defensible compliance artefacts.
The platform works from each client’s approved Sources of Truth and turns formal regulatory material into mapped obligations, governed Work Orders and evidence-backed compliance outputs.
RuleXis supports workflows including regulatory impact assessment, policy drafting, training, control remediation, audit readiness, MLRO review, PEP and enhanced due diligence support, adverse media research, OSINT investigation and board reporting.
It also supports firms operating with fiat assets, virtual assets, cryptoassets and distributed ledger technology-related business models.
AI for compliance must be different
AI in financial services is moving from experimentation to practical deployment. That creates opportunity, but it also creates risk.
For compliance teams, the question is not only whether AI can produce useful text. The question is whether the work can be governed.
RuleXis is designed around that challenge.
Its purpose is not to replace compliance officers or make final regulatory decisions. RuleXis is designed to help compliance teams work faster while preserving the human judgement, review, approval, audit trail and evidence that regulated firms require.
Our view is that AI should support accountable compliance judgement. It should not obscure it.
A Guernsey-linked global recognition
RuleXis being named in the AIFinTech100 is also meaningful because it shows that specialist technology developed from international finance centres can contribute to the future of regulated financial services.
Firms in jurisdictions such as Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man face sophisticated regulatory obligations, financial crime risk, board governance expectations, audit readiness requirements and cross-border business activity.
RuleXis has been designed with those realities in mind.

Thank you
We are grateful to everyone who has contributed to the thinking, challenge, testing and development of RuleXis.
This recognition is an important milestone, but it is also a reminder of the work still ahead. Our focus remains clear: helping regulated firms make, evidence and govern compliance judgements that stand up to scrutiny.
No Source, No Assertion.
